During Tender Process
- Pursuing technical offer with procurement authority.
- Pursuing procurement proposal and signing the contract between customer and foreign manufacture/Principle.
- Arrange PG.
- Execution and opening LC.
- Coordinate for a successful PSI and training.
- Arrange all formalities to release the goods from port.
- Arrange to install, test and trial run of the machine at customer premises.
- Manage all formalities during successful handover of the items.
- Conduct smooth post shipment inspection by the user.
- Arrange Local training for user.
- Collect acceptance certificate from end user.
- Sales support within warranty period and then after for reputation and goodwill of company and principle.
- Continuous liaison with customer and foreign supplier during the whole process of procurement and thereafter during warranty period.
